"At first State Farm offered great insurance for my vehicle. I got the best of the best at an affordable price. I love State Farm but recently I got the rudest agent Denise Smith who was just not understanding at all and not trying to hear me out. She wouldn’t even let me speak. I had to hang up the phone with her because she was just not understanding me she didn’t even attempt to listen. Ridiculous treatment. It’s sad that all the other friendly agents like Kathryn and Chris Robinson are going to be losing a customer just because someone was having a bad day."
